If I want to be a host, do you have one available I can purchase now?

At this moment we have units in production in different stages, we recommend speaking with Diego to see about available units and stages. You can always place a unit on order ahead of time.

How do I get on the list and how long is the wait time?

We have 2 options to get on the list.

-SVIBC Priority First Look.

-General host waiting list.

What if I already have a piece of land?

SVIBC can review your property and give determination of highest and best use.

Can I come in as a group of people to be the lender (or to purchase)?

Yes, we have a relationship with Fractional to make the process secure.

Can you assist with refinancing needs?

If you are Host and ready to refinance the property we have lenders to assist you via Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans.

Can I use my 1031 exchange?

Yes of course, if you are meeting the 1031 Exchange investment guidelines.

How do I use my retirement account?

We have a relationship with Cama Plan to make the process secure.
